Aerial & Satellite Tips & Advice

We think it's really important that you can trust that we will provide a high quality service! That’s why we encourage our customers to ask for help and advice with any questions that they might have before or after work has been carried out. With this in mind we have put together some top tips to help ensure you watch your TV without any technical interruptions.

  • Always opt for a roof top TV aerial where possible this will give the best signal strength

  • Try to avoid indoor TV aerials, the signal does not tend to be as efficient

  •  If you lose TV channels first of all try retuning your digital TV box, this option can usually be found in the menu settings.

  •  If you lose TV channels and you have tried retuning your TV- if the weather has been windy, check your aerial is still erect to ensure your signal is ok

  • If you are not a professional we would recommend that you do not go up on the roof and check the aerial yourself, without the correct equipment this can be very dangerous!

  • Before buying any new TV equipment search the Internet to find the best price, this will save you money!

  • If you are finding your TV subscription package too expensive, enquire or carryout some research on the free to air TV services such as Freeview or Freesat these can be a great cheaper alternative!
